Terms of Service
These terms apply to all props, scripts, and other digital assets created and distributed by Sundown Studios.
1. Scope of the License
These Terms of Service (“TOS”) apply to all props, models, and other digital assets (“Props”) published or distributed by Sundown Studios, whether they are free or paid.
2. Grant of License
Free Props
You are granted a non-exclusive license to download and use the free Props for personal or non-commercial use within your FiveM server or similar game environments. You may not redistribute the free Props in any way (e.g., share the files directly, re-release, etc.) unless explicitly authorized by Sundown Studios.
Paid Props
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive license to download and use the paid Props for personal or commercial use on your own server or project, administered via Keymaster in partnership with Tebex Limited. Payment grants you usage rights only; it does not transfer ownership, distribution, sale, or intellectual property rights.
3. Permitted Uses
Server Integration
You may integrate the Props (free or paid) into your FiveM server or similar platform for gameplay. Use on servers which generate income through donations, subscriptions, or perks is allowed under the NonCommercial clause, provided that the Props themselves are not sold or otherwise monetized.
Personal Modifications
You may make modifications to textures or Prop geometry for your personal use. These modifications must remain private to your server and cannot be re-released or sold.
Attribution
If you choose to showcase these Props publicly before or after making changes (screenshots, videos, etc.), you are encouraged (but not strictly required) to credit Sundown Studios.
4. Prohibited Uses
Resale or Redistribution
You may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise profit from the Props directly.
Unauthorized Editing for Distribution
You may not modify the Props and then distribute or sell them (paid or free).
Re-Release
You may not upload or share the Props (original or modified) as a new release, pack, or part of any other product.
Claiming Ownership
You must not claim you are the creator of the Props or remove any copyright notices.
Violation of Platform TOS
You may not use the Props in a way that violates the Terms of Service of FiveM.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All Props remain the exclusive property of Sundown Studios. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights are reserved. Nothing in this TOS transfers any ownership rights to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Props are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Sundown Studios makes no representations regarding the fitness for any particular purpose, stability, or compatibility with any software or platform other than that which is explicitly stated on Sundown Studios’ website or documentation.
7. Termination
Any breach of the terms in this TOS immediately terminates your license to use the Props. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Props and cease all use.

9. Changes to the TOS
Sundown Studios reserves the right to modify this TOS at any time. Changes will apply to all future distributions and, if material, will be posted publicly on this page.
